I'm afraid to..fear of questions and judgement.

Perhaps I can come play with the kids so you can nap? Or I can come clean for a bit? I have been well now and am eager to serve...it helps me process my life too. Funny how blessing others does wonders in our own hearts.

I can't come Tuesday.....but any other day lets set it up!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00173692215275233391noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6564303822661210562.post-84687769356805543902013-01-06T20:01:22.310-08:002013-01-06T20:01:22.310-08:00don't compare yourself to people with 3 or 4 o...don't compare yourself to people with 3 or 4 or 5 kids! i thought going from 1 to 2 was the hardest!! just something about having to juggle two kids all of the sudden, when, for so long, all of your attention has been devoted to just one little person. it's a hard transition! and, once you're getting more sleep, it does get way easier :). will say a prayer for you!The Westmorelandshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16444324388685222970noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6564303822661210562.post-55576209992826839292013-01-06T19:07:46.187-08:002013-01-06T19:07:46.187-08:00Understand the feeling completely. I always say I want 4 children, but sometimes I feel overwhelmed thinking about it!

Isn't it crazy that church is the place we should feel the most comfortable with our mess, but we so often try to hide it?

...I am emailing you some more thoughts :)Chelseahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17057008304403673937noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6564303822661210562.post-35953267307186699872013-01-06T17:30:49.451-08:002013-01-06T17:30:49.451-08:00Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your h...Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all ye that hope in the LORD. Ps 31:24

Amy, I'm too far away to help you w/ meals or loving care for your kiddos while you nap, but here's my prayer for you:

Father, strengthen Amy and Marc for the works You created them to do. Thank you for Caroline and Jameson!! Thank you that Your plan has been fulfilled perfectly in bringing the Corbetts all together. Please uphold them with Your Spirit and with Your Body. Minister to their hearts and to their physical needs. Encourage and love them; give them hope and grace to carry on. In the name of Jesus, Amen.Mitch & Cherylhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12789820902728999165noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6564303822661210562.post-10561766660283356262013-01-06T14:01:43.554-08:002013-01-06T14:01:43.554-08:00Oh, shoot. I remember the early days, nursing a newborn, while corralling a 3-yr old..having to get up at 6 a.m., get the kids and myself ready, by myself, and go to work every day, all day, after nursing all night or comforting a sick child. And hubby wasn't much help because he was working 12-14 hour days and needed sleep. Dealing with babysitters (9 total) because there wasn't family to babysit for me. Feeling guilt for needing "husband/wife" time on the weekend and not wanting to ask for help because you have the other guilt from being at work all week. UGH. So hard. But lemme tell ya, it does get better. They get older. And you will soon find yourself home alone missing all the chaos and drama. I promise. :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
