prayer & praise...

Doesn't it seem our lives are always simultaneously filled with needs for prayer & reasons for praise?


This past week, our sweet sister-in-law, Cheryl, (Mommy's brother's wife-- remember her? she just had baby Erik one month ago?) lost her father to almost a year-long battle with ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease). Our hearts are heavy for them and we invite you to pray with us for Cheryl & Michael as they are grieving this loss while caring for their new, precious baby Erik.


And we praise God for His providence in finding a great apartment situation for our RUF intern, Parker. After many disappointments and dead-end leads, He had something better around the corner. And yesterday we found this one-of-a-kind situation for her to live this year. (and it's only a minute from our house!)
