A starburst mirror. (made it for less than $8) Crazy, huh? I bought the mirror for $5.00 at a craft store. (you know, the little mirrors that usually sit under candles...) And guess what the sunburst part is made out of??
Paint sticks. Yep. Free from your favorite home improvement store. Just put on some extra mascara and go bat your eyelashes as you ask for about 50 paint sticks from them... :) ha ha
I happened to have some black spray paint laying around (mine was in a hammered finish), but you could make it any color you like.
(Here's the online tutorial in case you all want to try one!) I needed a mirror to put over this free dresser we found for our guest room & I think it turned out pretty cool!
