something to shed a tear over...

Yep, that's right. Today, for the first time EVER, Caroline had tears when she cried! (sorry, we didn't get a pic of that one...) I guess babys' tear ducts aren't developed when they're first born, but when we were out running some errands today and she was crying in the car, I looked down at her face and lo and behold-- her eyes were wet with tears! (I don't know if that's something to be happy or sad about!?!) :) But how's that for a one-month birthday milestone? "Honey, on your one-month birthday, you shed your first tear...."
